This week is Earth Week. Each day we are having an assembly. We had an Earth Day Dance after school last week to start the celebration. Earth Day is all about lending a hand to help the earth be clean. At our assembly today we had an animal person. The animal person brought a box turtle and a painted turtle. The painted turtle was smaller. The box turtle was bigger. The box turtle turns into a box when he is afraid. He did not turn into a box at our assembly so we did not scare him. Alissa said, "The assembly was fun."
